Amy L. Gostanian is the founder and managing partner of The Estate Lawyers (formerly the Law Offices of Amy Gostanian PC/Gostanian Law Group, PC). Amy founded the firm in June 2005, with a fervent desire to help people solve legal problems through tenacious advocacy.

For more than a decade, Amy has recruited top legal talent who share her passion for helping people dealing with incapacity and death. She has strategically onboarded other passionate and knowledgeable individuals to provide clients with the best legal counsel and outcomes.

Amy was certified as an Estate Planning and Trust Specialist by the California State Bar in 2010. She has effectively drafted, administered, and litigated numerous estates, generating positive results and effective advocacy for clients dealing with a difficult time in life. Amy is thoughtful and strategic from the beginning to the end of every client’s case—whether estate planning, administration, or litigation.

Amy is a member of the American Bar Association, the California Bar Association, the Orange County Bar Associations, and she is certified to appear in California State and Federal Court. She was the former chair for the Orange County Bar Association—Conservatorship Section, and a speaker for multiple panels for the OCBA. Amy also is one of a limited number of attorneys in Orange County, who have been recognized as a SuperLawyer in Trust and Estate Litigation (2020-2024).

Amy resides in south Orange County with her husband John and their three daughters.
