Biography
BRADLEY R. KIRK, B.A., J.D. Mr. Kirk received his Juris Doctor degree magna cum laude from Pepperdine University in 1992. During law school, Mr. Kirk was an extern for Judge Pamela Ann Rymer of the United States Court of Appeal - Ninth Judicial Circuit. He also published several articles as an associate editor of the Law Review, and he received the American Jurisprudence Award for Torts. Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Kirk practiced law for two years at the Orange County office of Morrison & Foerster. He was a member of the Orange County Bar Association Ethics Committee for several years and has authored an ethics opinion published in the California Compendium of Professional Responsibility. Mr. Kirk is admitted to practice law in the State of California and in the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
