Biography
Kaden J. Kennedy, Esq. is an experienced business, real estate, and trust and estate trial lawyer, and is a Senior Associate at The Estate Lawyers. Mr. Kennedy is a 2005 graduate of the University of San Diego Law School, and earned his undergraduate Bachelor of Arts degree from UCLA in 2002. Mr. Kennedy has an excellent track record of litigating commercial and real estate lawsuits, and trust and estate disputes to successful conclusions, and he is an experienced negotiator. Mr. Kennedy has successfully tried many cases in Superior Court all the way to verdict, and is experienced in both jury trials as well as court trials. In 2017, Mr. Kennedy was co-counsel in a corporate stock ownership case valued at $100 million. In that case, after a one month jury trial in Los Angeles Superior Court, the Firm prevailed for its client, the Defendant, on all counts, and the Plaintiff took nothing. Mr. Kennedy's areas of experience and expertise include real estate law, trust and inheritance disputes, elder law disputes, breach of contract matters, investment fraud, and many other areas of commercial litigation. Mr. Kennedy has been recognized for several years as a Southern California "Rising Star" by the well-known "Super Lawyers" industry group.
