Biography
Larissa L. Abruscato first received a Bachelor of Music in education from Oberlin College, Conservatory of Music in 1981. In 1990, earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law. Over the years, Larissa has practiced in the areas of premises liability, construction defect, and business litigation defense. She has also argued before the California Court of Appeal on multiple occasions.
In 2017, Larissa began practicing exclusively in the areas of Trust and Probate Litigation. Since joining The Estate Lawyers as an associate attorney in 2024, Larissa’s practice continues to focus on trust and probate litigation, including legal disputes concerning trust and will contests, fiduciary accounting disputes, breach of fiduciary duty claims, and financial elder abuse.
