Biography
Jay graduated from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in 1996 and he is The Estate Lawyers’ senior litigation paralegal. While at Loyola, Jay served as a note and comment editor on the Loyola Law Review, was a member of the St. Thomas More Law Honor Society. He also externed for a federal judge and received two faculty academic scholarships.
Jay has spent his entire career in the litigation field and has extensive experience in drafting and responding to pleadings, conducting discovery, and preparing for/attending trial.
Jay is particularly experienced in probate litigation involving conservatorships, decedent’s estates, and trusts. In his spare time, Jay enjoys hiking, camping, playing poker, and photography.
