Biography
For over a decade, Benjamin Casteel, Sr. worked for several law firms as a civil litigation paralegal. In 2022, Benjamin joined Bradley R. Kirk & Associates, Inc. (BRK) as a trust and probate litigation paralegal.
In January 2024, BRK and the Gostanian Law Group merged to form a new law firm, The Estate Lawyers PC. Here, Benjamin now holds the position of associate paralegal, and he is knowledgeable in all aspects of probate and estate litigation.
In order to further enrich his education, Benjamin also earned a Masters’ degree in dispute resolution from the Pepperdine Caruso School of Law in Malibu, California.
